What is Get Your Answers Consult?
Get Your Answers Consult (GYAC) is a Ghana-based career coaching and HR consulting firm, led by founder Lydia Quayson Adjei (Coach Lee). We help individuals with their careers and organisations with their people.
What services do you offer?
For individuals: CV revamp, interview preparation, LinkedIn and personal branding, and the Career Mentorship Programme. For organisations: recruitment support, HR advisory and staff training. See the Services page for details.
How do I apply for the Career Mentorship Programme?
Open the current cohort page and complete the application form while applications are open. You receive a reference number by email, and we update you after your application is reviewed.
How can I book a consultation?
Choose a consultation type, pick a time that suits you on the Book a consultation page, and you will get a confirmation by email.
How do I pay for the programme?
If a cohort has a fee, accepted applicants receive a Pay now link by email. You can pay by mobile money or card, and in parts where the cohort allows it. You get a receipt straight away.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Participants who complete the programme receive a certificate with a QR code that anyone can use to verify it, and you can add it to your LinkedIn profile.
Can my company work with you?
Yes. Use the Employers page to request recruitment or HR support, or the Corporate training page to ask for a workshop for your team.
